My name is Sean Cantkier and I am embarking on the challenging mission of starting and finishing the Insanity Workout Routine developed by Shaun T.

For those new to this site, and to the workout, it can best be explained as a total body workout routine that will get you in the best shape of your life.  The workouts feature a mixture of exercises that are both heavy in cardio as well as emphasize strength conditioning.  These are all done without the use of weights or any accessories.  The series comes on DVD and includes a nutrtion guide to lead you on the path of an overall healthier lifestyle.

I decided to challenge myself to complete this program as one of my 2010 goals.  This goal will hopefully put me in the best shape of my life when I am done.  Please follow along as I post every day my progress during the workouts.  I would love to hear your feedback and will reply to each and every comment or request.  In the meantime . . . .
