It&#039;s just that I&#039;ve talked to some people who said they started off only being able to do part of the workout but still saw results and were able to complete the program.  I&#039;m just a bit worried that I&#039;ll find myself in that group.</description>

		<description>Like a lot of these posts, it was a real relief to see other people saying they were having trouble.  I run all the time (at least 25 miles a week) plus do light work outs about 3 to 5 times a week, and I was hurting after the fit test.  I saw some other peoples results on other websites that were higher than the two in the video with Shaun T, and thought I was doing something wrong.  I cant wait to get going on day #2.</description>
