Did anyone feel after the first fit test that maybe they weren't doing the excercises properly?? I did 13 globe jumps on my first test but now during the workouts I have to take a break during the globe jumps just to get through. All that legs work in Cardio,Power, and Res. just wears me out..

Definitely! It takes a few workouts to get the form down. As you build more strength you will notice your form gets better and better and the moves will feel even harder. Plus, you are working your legs almost non-stop in Cardio P&R so I'm sure fatigue was a big factor.

Yes -- so even if you "hold steady" in subsequent fit tests on certain exercises, you can assume you're doing them with proper form and a lot more oomph, which is much harder. That's why the workouts never feel easier, really... you're able to put more into them but you get the same degree of "misery."

your definatly not alone in that feeling, in fact some of my numbers in the second fit test went down, simply cause i was acually doing them properly that time

I know for a fact that the fit tests for me = not the best form...even now. You have to do them as fast/many as you can in one minute, so how the heck will the form be good? As long as you have good form during the workouts, your all good :)

Definitely. During my first fit test I was basically just trying to do as many as possible within the time limit; doubt I had correct form on all of them.

Right or wrong, I didn't do the fit tests after the 1st two. I am/was more interested in doing the workout than the test. Not to mention when I started the 2nd month, and we're supposed to do the Fit Test AND the Max workout back-to-back, I saw that and said WHATEVER! lol
I can tell my forms are better and I can do more during the workouts themselves.Posted 2 years ago #
