This Saturday will mark the end of an awesome first month of Insanity for me. I have loved this program, I'm seeing results (would probably see more if I stuck to the diet better but I am still impressed). My question though is this, I still cannot complete certain parts of the workouts without stopping, especially the circuit one with the level 1 drills, the side to side jumps and the in and out jumps (these three go one right after another). Should I move on to the second month or just try and get better at the month 1 workouts first? For most of the time, I can power through the workouts, though I can't always keep up with Shaun T... but I am just not good at the plank stuff, my arms are weak.

Move on to month 2 and keep pushing forward. It doesn't matter if you can complete the circuits like Shaun or not, it is that you are working at your level and progressing. Month 2 workouts are a whole new challenge.
