I have a problem, I have to do a quick jump to colorado for some snowboard action... i dont want to work out my legs ANY MORE then that.. but i need to keep my upper going strong.....
I KNOW THIS IS CRAZY.... but should i just bring some bands for curls, and do some pushups, pullups, and shoulders like old school training?
Im a P90X 5x grad and this is my first Insanity... makes me so mad that im gonna be too wiped to do the last week.
SHOULD I MAKE UP THE LAST 2 weeks to replace my failed last week?
