Week 2, Day 2 done. Pure Cardio is way more fun when i Forget to set the Air Conditioning on and Im drenched in sweat on 1-2-3 Heismans round 1. Feel Like I did pretty well, except on a few exercises I decided to stop with like 3 seconds left and catch a bonus breather between workouts. It's good to have this become part of my schedule now that my work is making definitive shifts and I would imagine the results are better if you do insanity the same time everyday, which for me now is first thing in the morning an hour or so after a light breakfast. Well Im off to rearrange the furniture back before my wife gets back from work.
