Day 50 = Max Interval Circuit + Fit Test

    Today was Day 50 for me and I wanted to see if anybody is capable of handling what I feel to be the hardest workout, Max Interval Circuit after a fit test... For me, I am so exerted after a fit test that starting a 60 minute session isn't even close executable. I could just force it and drag my feet through the whole thing but I don't feel that's safe or beneficial. For the time being, I'm take a break, eating, and considering attacking the day's schedule workout when I get back from work.

    Has anyone else ran into completing these double workouts?

    As far as general results thus far... I've gain 3lbs but my abdomen is tighter and firmer.

    Here are my fit test results for day 1 and day 50.

    Switch Kicks: Day1=45, Day 50=121
    Power Jacks: 38, 48
    Power Knees: 58, 88
    Power Jumps: 22, 42
    Globe Jumps: 6, 8
    Suicide Jumps: 9, 20
    Push-up Jacks: 14, 20
    Low Plank Oblique: 32, 78

    I was not personally able to do the fit test in the same day as a Max workout and simply moved it to my rest day.

    I try and keep my rest day for rest. lol. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one struggling with that schedule.

    ... it makes me consider when they shot the videos for the series how many workouts they did back go back in one day.
