There are some days that you have to do two exercises in one day. So, it's possible, but just don't know if you would want to do two every day.

In the end you can do whatever you want, but there is a set schedule that comes with the program detailing the days in which you do 2 workouts. I don't know if you will get the same benefit by shortening the number of days.

I don't think doing 2 days of insanity in just 1 day will be good for your health. I don't know how many days you already did, but in second month workouts get much harder than in first month. Personally I in first month also was doing 2 days of insanity in 1 day because i know i will not have time in next day to do it. Also in some times i did upper body weight training (it's part of insanity) before my cardio and i also did ab workout after every workout. But when comes second month, it's much harder - i was trying do 2 workouts in one day, because i know i will not be able to do it in next day and understand that it is to much for my body and i don't wanna risk with my own health.
I didn't do full circle of program - i stopped 2 weeks before the end, because i was working 14 hours in day. So next week i am planning to get back at this program and do it from the beginning till the end. And yea, this program works, people already is saying that i look different and better - insanity FTW!!

yeah i'm afraid that shortening the number of days won't bring good results...and imk i'm almost done with my third week it's true that it's easier to do 2 workouts in the first month compared to the 2nd, so i'll try to make the best of it. Good for you and good luck for ur next time!
well i was also wondering whether it was normal that i didn't get any big results till now? i'm a girl, 16 years old, 5'4 and i weigh 104 pounds (i know it's not much) i was just hoping to tone a bit, like get some abs and better arms and maybe lose a bit of the fat (i have almost 16% body fat but i was hoping for 14% like athletes) but i didn't lose any weight i actually gained 3 pounds although my diet is just perfect (filled with protein, enough calories, no junk...) i just don't get it. Do u think i hit my setpoint or sth? like i can't lose any more fat?

Doing this workout in first two weeks i lost 2-3 cm of my belly and now i have lost 7,5 cm of my belly. Don't know about my weight, next week i am going to see my doctor and will see how much i weight now.
During your second month you can try to do 2 workouts in one day, maybe your body and your health is stronger than mine. I didn't want to risk with it because i almost didn't do any workouts or sport activities around 3-4 years, because i have problems with my heart and my doctor set me free from any sport activities in my school. And then i get fat and of course i don't like that. So right now i am doing opposite - workout hard and feeling good.
