I was wondering does participating in Insanity increase your speed by the time you are done with the workout?

Speed, agility, strength, endurance, coordination and oh yes...fast and slow twitch muscle response as well! Have you done a comparison fit test yet?

i would imagine so, considering you improve your leg strength and flexibility, which are 2 key factors in running speed. so i'm gonna go out on a limb and say yes.

Thanks, I was wondering before I get the program because Im a football player looking to get faster for the season next year. Im in my off-season right now

right on...a lot of the warm up reminds me of calisthenics we did back when i played football, like buttkickers and high knees, then there's one drill in month two that seemed awfully familiar too...i'm sure you'll know what i'm talkin about when you get to it.
