I just finished 63 days on insanity (05/04/2010 to 06/06/2010). Thanks to this forum, I survived these grueling 63 days and thanks to Shawn T, I am fitter than ever...more than I ever could dream. This is certainly not the end, Insanity was just a first step towards a better life, though I have to accept, this was the hardest first step I had ever taken in my life. I am thinking of doing a hybrid of exercises now with all the beachbody programs I have. Will post that later for feedback.

    Now to some numbers ;)

    5/4/2010 6/6/2010
    SWITCH KICKS 80 120
    POWER JACKS 40 60
    POWER KNEES 50 63
    POWER JUMPS 20 25
    GLOBE JUMPS 3 10
    SUICIDE JUMPS 6 11
    PUSH-UP JACKS 15 26
    LOW PLANK OBLIQUE 12 35

Just an update. I have now started Revabs after finishing insanity. Though Revabs in no where close when compared to the intensity of Insanity, nevertheless, its still a difficult workout. I am thinking of coming back to insanity in a week or two, since RevAbs is not my stuff...at least not now!

Neet...Congratulations on your INSANITY accomplishment! You can do this difficult and challenging, grueling routine once you get past the break in pain phase. Stay Fit, Not Lit..... Peace & Out.

To be honest, I did not do anything for the last 3-4 months after finishing insanity. I did try my hands on RevAbs for a while, then switched to One-On-One, and then completely stopped my workouts. I abused my body for the last 3 months, eating out of control and just feeding on junks. Sad to say, I gained back all the pounds I had lost and back to my old self as I was before I started Insanity.

Earlier this week, I started insanity from week 1 and now up to Plyo Cardio (Day 6). Although I can do the workouts without much problems, as I still have the strength from the last time, I am seriously FAT! I need all the motivation to power through the 60 days and never again make the same mistake! Please help me...

I am ashamed to be posting this 6 months later. I have been on and off the insanity workout routines, going as far as week 2 but not really into it with all my effort. I am big, fat and lazy.

While I was lying down trying to go to sleep last evening, I remembered something. How great if felt when I was on the routine 1 year ago.

Why did I stop? What's stopping me to get back on the schedule? Why cannot I spare 1 hour of my day for Insanity when I can waste 4+ hours on Television, movies and useless junk on the internet? I could not find any valid answers to this questions expect that I am a lazy human being.

So to prove myself wrong, I am starting the Insanity program from today. Please do support me as I need all support I can get.
