Hello everyone,
I just completed the first day of Insanity and I can say it's the best workout I've had since my high school days.
I'm 25 and from my teen years until the summer of 08' I would play basketball four to five days a week to stay in shape. I'm 6'1 and my weight would always stay around 190-195 pounds until that summer of 08 when i stop playing ball, I could eat what I want and wouldn't have to worry about gaining weight. Now I'm 211 pounds and will be getting married in October so I want to get back to my "old body" and with this workout I honestly feel I will get there with no problem.

Congrats on your first day and on getting married.
This is a great workout for sure! If you follow the meal plan, you will see even better results too. Good luck!
