To anyone who is just starting month 2: Hang in there! As you know from my original post, the first Max workout freaked me out. I remember standing in front of the t.v. during Max Plyo and thinking 'this is nuts, there's NO WAY I'm going to be able to do this'. But today is day 57 for me and I just finished my 5th Max Plyo workout!
Hang in there guys, just push yourself as much as you can during each workout...even if you only do 10% as many reps as Shaun T (with good form). Each workout you will be able to do more and more. Don't give up! :-)

sunny... Congrats on getting to the final week.. I have 2 more days of so-called recovery week and then it's time to really see what i'm made of.. Thank you for all your great words of encouragement... Giving up is not an option at this point....
