I finished Insanity today! I dug deeper! ;) I feel so proud of myself for sticking with this amazing program. I can't believe the 60 days (well, technically it's 62 days, or something haha) are actually over. I have mixed feelings; I'm already going through Insanity withdrawls, even though I just finished the final workout less than an hour ago. LOL However, I'm also thankful to have a break now. My body was getting tired of a few of the moves, particularly the squat-oriented moves.
My question now, however, is... how long do I let my body rest? A few days? I'd like to start exercising again (I'd like to check out other programs), but I don't know how much I should let my body rest beforehand.
