    Hey guys,
I took 4 days off the workout to focus on my eating habits and meals from the Insanity Nutrition Guide. I dropped a total of 3 lbs, and I am about to re-start week 2 of month 2 with an adjusted eating plan. I feel these 4 days helped me focus and get organized on my eating habits, my muscles recovered well and my knees also enjoyed the break , but i hope this wasnt a set back on the workouts. Also I added multivitamins which have boosted my energy.
I can attest that it is better to start the insanity workouts with an organized eating plan, specially following the nutrition guide as close as possible, to get the results this promising workout offers.

I feel my metabolism is under control now.

will keep posting updates. . Just wish me luck getting back on track on the intensity of these workouts.

Way to go Naty. I'm in Week 5 now and definitely switching to follow the meal plan as close as possible as well. I'm getting the workouts in, might as well get with the meal plan and maximize the results.

Great job Naty! Yes, the nutrition is a very important part of this process. Hopefully now you are on cruise control with your eating and can concentrate heavily on the exercises :-)

    Thank you guys.
The workout yesterday was fantastic, it felt great to be back. I ended up burning over 450 cal on one workout.I got to be honest, it was hard to get back on some of the drills, and I took a few breaks. But I feel it will only go up as my body gets back into it 100%. I think my body has now an INsanity memory, cause my muscles are not as sore as they were on day 1 lol, and it feels fit and hard.
I will stay focused... I want those abs!
