    my day 1 and day 30 pics

    overall i think i've exceeded my expectations for one month's worth of work, especially in my midsection...also the little indention in my arm that's starting to form is pretty sweet. you can't really tell from the pictures, but i'm getting a little bit of definition in my upper abs, which i'm hoping will be more evident after day 60

    hey caz, awesome results - I just finished week 2 of the program yesterday - down 5 lbs. I was wondering what you're eating regime included. Could you be kind enough to let us know - you're results are awesome and inspiring.

    to be honest, i'm really just following the elite nutrition guide as strictly as i can. i make some adjustments based on taste, but they make it really easy to substitute things just by looking at the charts near the back (for example, substituting wheat bread for an english muffin). i will say though i find myself working in one egg-based meal every day.

    also, the only thing i have been drinking is water (with a splash of cranberry juice for a little flavor), other than during my workout, where i drink a half gatorade/half water mix.
