So I just started the Insanity workout yesterday, and I was wondering if it's okay to plan your meals each week so that you eat the same thing each time all week and then choose new meals for the next? I'm a full-time college student, so buying a wide variety of foods is very expensive for me right now.
This week I'm eating the pb toast, yogurt bowl, grilled chicken salad, turkey sandwich and black bean soup, and a protein shake for recovery.
Is it okay to choose the same meal plan everyday for a week and then choose 5 different meals for the next week?
