    Whats up everyone, my name is DJ from so cal...im new to insane family

    a little about myself:
    -im 21 and a full time student majoring in Pre-Med Biology[it sucks]
    -in high school i played football, hockey, and tennis earning 5 varsity letters
    -A little after my Senior Year I tore my left ACL playing football with friends and have stayed from cardio/sports ever since...and the weight has just been piling on because i still eat like a football player [anything and everything...lol]
    -In high school I weighed 175 and I currently weight 210
    -After my second day my legs burned from being sore and it drowned out the pain from my knee and it felt amazing!
    -Im ready to throw a brace on my knee, get insane and never look back!

    I just hope i can kick my current eating habit. =/

    quick question...do you guys recommended taking a protein shake for recovery...or should i just eat smart?

    DJ, Both, eat properly and a protein shake or the Results & Recovery Formula. To build lean muscle try to ingest at least 125 grams of protein per day. Good Luck!

    DJ.. GOOD LUCK.. Stay tough and follow the program and it will work. I don't eat the best but I have changed my habits as best I can. You can do it kid..
