Whats up everyone, my name is DJ from so cal...im new to insane family
a little about myself:
-im 21 and a full time student majoring in Pre-Med Biology[it sucks]
-in high school i played football, hockey, and tennis earning 5 varsity letters
-A little after my Senior Year I tore my left ACL playing football with friends and have stayed from cardio/sports ever since...and the weight has just been piling on because i still eat like a football player [anything and everything...lol]
-In high school I weighed 175 and I currently weight 210
-After my second day my legs burned from being sore and it drowned out the pain from my knee and it felt amazing!
-Im ready to throw a brace on my knee, get insane and never look back!
I just hope i can kick my current eating habit. =/
quick question...do you guys recommended taking a protein shake for recovery...or should i just eat smart?
