Just started insanity today and completed my fit test found it pretty hard but smashed through it anyway.
First impressions i love the fit test so im sure great things are to come!
Im really interested in the sporting drill excercises as i play a lot of basketball. I also want to lose some weight and tone up.
Question - Is it a good idea to take creatine before workouts ? Also does anyone suggest recovery shakes for post workout and if so what ones?
