Hello, I am just starting Insanity, and I love it.
I am 45 years old, and I do feel a little sore, but i love it. For many reasons i want to take it to the next level.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can I take/pack for lunch that will be good for me?
Also I have noticed that while working out, my appetite becomes ravenous. So generally my portions are too big.
Does anyone have suggestions or ideas about that. Is there a natural or safe appetite suppressant?
i am totally new at this, and my doctor told me it would be great to lose 30lbs, so any ideas or knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
