so basically i started insanity to get really fit and deezed, i finished up to the 2nd week fully, and i did 3 workouts on the 3rd week, but then i took a week and a half off from the last 2 videos,
i was wondering what should i do now?
should i continue right back at the remaining videos, should i start over, or should i skip to the video im supposed to be on?
also, i had another question, im not following the nutrition guide but im eating as healthy as possible, im also a really skinny kid, basically bones LOL and i was wondering what i should do with my eating!

Start over. Follow the nutrition plan.
You'll see these very same questions asked over and over and over here, if you even look back just a couple of posts, you'll find all the information you'll ever need.
