I just started and I am sore for 2 days after only a partial work out. I don't think I should do this workout in the 60 day time frame and should spread it out instead. I want to look and feel my best but I get so drained and sore. This is a challenging workout fore sure. I always have something to strive for and it's always there when I'm ready to tackle it again. I've decided to start taking long walks on the days I don't do the INSANITY. I figure it's the least I can do while my muscles recoup. Walking is now an every day occurrence and as important as my morning cup of coffee or brushing my teeth and combing my hair.

Muscle soreness is all part of of it! I know it is tough, but it gets easier. The first week you are the most sore for sure, but your muscles and body do adjust over time as they strengthen.
