Hey guys so I'm new to all this workout business and this is the first time I've ever seriously undertaken a workout programme.
A little about me:
I'm 19 years old, male, 5ft6 and around 126 Ibs. I've been pretty active all my life swimming and playing football.
Today I just finished Day 2 of my insanity workout and I have to say it's tough! I've never been so sore in my life! My calves are especially stiff. I'm doing my best and can keep up with the people in the videos okay.
Just thought I'd introduce myself and hope this place gives me some moral support, I think I'll need it!
