I usually just take a clif energy bar around 30-45 mins prior and drink water during and some protein recovery drink after the fact, but I was wondering what the thoughts are on NO products. i.e. Vapor, SuperPump, NOXplode. etc. I know they are typically used for traditional weight lifting but it seemed like they could be helpful here for vascularity and focus, but may not be soo good for the heartrate. Anyone tried it with Insanity or have any thoughts? Today is my rest day from finishing Week 1!
