    Although I've only done the first week thus far, I feel like I know when I "dig deep" and really go all out, but on the flip side, anyone else have "one of those days" where you feel like you didnt push hard enough or do enough reps, etc. Even out of breath and covered with sweat and laying on the ground I feel like I wasted a workout, I'm sure I'm not the only one with this black cloud over my head for today but I'ts super annoying to wait till tomorrow for redemption, any suggestions.

    Like everything in life there are good days and bad days. Read my blog posts and you will see all of the ups and downs I had over the course of the program. Just put it behind you and look forward to tomorrow.
