Pure Cardio & Abs vs. Cardio Abs

    Is there a difference between the Cardio Abs workout on the "Pure Cardio & Abs" disc and the one on the "Cardio Abs" disc? Wondering why they bothered with the second DVD . . .

    No Difference.. Wondered that myself but I guess they had a hole to fill in the 10 DVD case that was made..

    Cardio Abs is the same workout on both disks. Not sure either why they have a second DVD.
