Hi, I am starting Insanity and I am 15 years old. I weigh 160, my height is 5 foot 11 inches. I was wondering if I could eat healthy but cut the edges a bit because for lunch I usually get. Sandwich, apple, water and chips. Would I still see great results if I do the workouts 100 percent because I would like a 6 pack for the summer. If I do everything but just have a bag of chips for lunch and maybe a pop or a snack here and there would I still see the results?

You're still growing and FAST at your age, I'd not suggest you restrict your calories at all - you will still have a six pack and will lose weight if you need to.
