I was watching the infomercial this morning and thought it looked interesting. I've been looking for a workout that didn't use too much equipment and I don't want to go to the gym so this seemed cool. But while watching the infomercial their appeared to be a few non athletic people who completed the program but looking at different forums it seems everyone has some workout or athletic background.
So I wanted to from those who've used it if it would be a good idea for my fiance and I.

I: 23 5'7' 120 lbs. No real workout experience. But am willing to put in hard work and wants to get in shape. Gave birth 2 years ago. Minor back pain. Work on my feet 6-10 hrs a day 6 days a week.

Him: 24 5'0" Used to wrkout regularly but has gotten lazy the past 4 years. Not sure of his weight but gained at least 60lbs since he stopped working out. Willing to put in work and wants to have his old body back this summer. Works on his his feet 6-10 hours a day 6 days a week.

I put in the jobs because I know right now we don't take in nearly as many calories as we'd need to for insanity and our jobs wouldn't allow us to eat as often as people seem to say you should.

I think you will be fine. As long as you don't have some serious injuries you can do this. It is challenging, but plenty of us 'regular' people have started and completed this. Check out the posts in the Completed forum.

    Good luck!
