Just posting on my online diary and way to keep me sane, knowing other people subject their body to the same misery, Feeling really sore in my calves and on the bottom right portion of my shin, A good night's rest and some protein and i should be fine, thanks again everyone for the support, and looking forward to joining the ranks of those that have finished, Also any suggestions on snacks besdies these clif bars I've been taking, I have them and these ostrich jerky things for appetite control and to keep my metabolism up, and I appear to be losing weight and feeling the muscles get tighter under my fat, but I can't eat those things forever
