switching meals

    Has anyone switched their meals for different numbers in the day? I mean like having a meal from "meal one" section as a meal for "meal 3"? Thanks

    BlondeBunny, For sure you can do that. However, I would keep the higher carb intake in the morning/early to mid part of the day...rather than dinner or late night meal 5. Peace & Out.

    i would try and move around your meals and see which order is best for you and which will give you the most energy. everyone is different so your meal order is probably different from everyone elses.

    You have to work out where you need what you need, it makes no odds if you're calorie counting so long as you can keep to your prescribed diet. if having a bowl of cereal for your tea works better than my protein, go for it.

    I believe calories is the main thing here, and everything in the nutrition book is perfect nutrients no matter what meal it is. A lot of body builders believe that low carb in the evening is best, but it also depends on when you are working out. If you are working out in the morning, then less carbs at night is better...BUT if you are working out in the evening, you need to re-fuel your body, therefore carbs (healthy) is not going to hurt at all. It's all about calories and healthy foods.
