Hey guys, I'm going on day 5 of insanity tomorrow and I was wondering a few things. I woke up extremely sore today on my legs, to the point that walking hurt, let alone exercises. Today was "Cardio Recovery" - way easier than usual, but really hard due to my sore muscles.
I was wondering if I should do day 5 tomorrow or take a break to recover my muscles. My intent is to gain muscles, not lose weight, and as I'm sure most of you are aware of, to gain muscles they need to recover first.
Also, if any of you guys have experience with it, how worth it is it to buy the P90X Results and Recovery formula? So far I have been eating completely according to the guide and been having chocolate milk after workouts to recover.
