    Hi,
New to the forum and new to the idea of insanity...
I am very very scepitcal but i am also not quick to dismiss things i have never experienced personaly so i am thinking about taking up the challenge....
I been working out all my life with heavy weights and im a big supporter of slow steady hard work = results there are no quick fixes are there...but like i said i am willing to try
    Couple of questions first though...

1.What happens after the 60 days are over ? do you continue the diet & exercise routine because to me it looks like you couldnt if you wanted it to...
2.What happens if you miss a day...
3.Can you exercise in other ways as well as this work-out
4.Will my strength from weight training deminish from only doing body-weight exercises...

Looking forward to learning more about this thing
    cheers

I have started month 2 of insanity and it's been the hardest thing I have ever done in my life and I love it.
Before I started Insanity I lost about 50lbs by running 15-20 miles per week but I wanted a new challenge...and I found it.
After my 60 Days are over I plan to go back to running but also incorporate an Insanity work out or 2 into my weekly routine. I definitely want to get my running back up there for a few weeks. Then I will do insanity a second time. It really is addicting in a strange way.
I missed one day so far but it was before my "rest" day so I just did the workout I missed on that day.
Like I said...It's the hardest thing I have ever done and I love it. Shaun T is no joke and neither is his workout.
    Good Luck.

i have no doubt it is the hardest thing i have ever tried but like i say i think i will remain a sceptic until after i have tried it...
i will however do something i have never done before and post before & after pics with stat's
i will follow the routine to the letter and am very interested in seeing the results
my main concerns are loss of strength & burning myself out i cycle to and from work 6 days a week and spend 8 hours on my feet
Does anyone think if i added a heavy weight lifting routine in once a week it would make a difference either way ???
    cheers
