I've been having 60 grams worth of protein shakes a day (whey) and then have a great amount of greek yogurt, peanut butter, beans, egg whites, veggie burgers, brown rice, veggies, fruit, flax seed oil but don't know what else to add to my diet to maximize the lean muscle gain and get me through the intense workouts? Any tips?

I am sort of vegetarian, but I eat seafood too. Add tofu to the mix as well.
