I know...I'm only on day 8 of first phase...but I am, like most I'm sure, worried that a few of my problematic places (stomach and thunder thighs) won't lose the cottage cheese. Any one else have this problem and has seen results?

Give it a month and you will start to see big changes is your body measurements. Just stick with it.
