Before And After Insanity Pictures Day 60
Here are my final results! After 63 days of hard workouts here is what I look like now. A few of my (favorite) observations:
- These crazy muscles developed around my obliques that look like my ribs, but are not. They are small long muscles that pop out on top of my ribs, so it looks like you are seeing my rib cage (which you are in Day 1) but it is really muscle.
- My triceps really grew from all those push ups as you can see in the top picture
- It must really take a lot of work to get that last abdominal line to form the 6 pack! I still don’t quite have it, but I am darn proud of my stomach.
From the beginning, my goal was to bulk up, which I think I did. This routine is a little more difficult probably to gain weight with due to all of the intense cardio, but it hands down beats anything for shaping your body.
So here are some pictures! You can click on the picture to view a bit larger.

I’m so happy for you!! You look fantastic and those obliques are something I want. I officially start the Fit Test today and for some reason, I’m not nervous. I’m really pumped about it actually.
Thanks again for doing the blog because it has, I’m sure for many people too, motivated me.
Thank you Kenne! Keep us posted as to your progress, feel free to join the forum if you need support or have questions.
Crazy Cool!
Fantastic work, and there is a definite difference from last month. More triceps, more obliques, more rhomboids. You should be very proud of all your hard work! As far as bulking up, you definitely did, and you created a taper to your waist you didn’t have before.
So, how are you celebrating? A week of sloth and beer? What’s next for Sean C?
I had to google rhomboids, lol. Thank you, I am very proud
And happy that it is over.
I am still trying to decide what to do next. Right now I am taking a few days off to rest the knees and then I will get back into it with a mix of exercises. You are not far behind!
My husband happened to see your pictures over my shoulder and he was very, very impressed. I don’t think he perceived what Insanity was all about until now.
Now you’ll become extra-aware of your rhomboids.
This workout is no joke! Maybe we can convince him to try it too.
LOL, those muscles did look like ribs, but when I blew the pic up I could tell they weren’t. How funny and cool.
you look great! You’ve packed on a lot of muscle…did you gain weight like you wanted to? I would think so, but just checking
Congrats again, and yes, you should get an “A” for sure!!!
Thanks Colette! I am proud of those little popping muscles
As for weight, surprisingly I am the exact same weight as when I began. I assume I lost the little body fat I had and turned that into muscle. I will probably do a little more muscle work and a little less cardio over the next month to see if I can gain like 5 pounds or so.
Hi…I have been thinking about doing Insanity but I am afraid of looking too small. How much did you weigh prior to starting and do you feel like you look thin? I noticed your rib cage that is really impressive… I just had a baby three months ago my body is back to normal but my gut is flabby…what do you think i should do…
I started at about 162 pounds and ended nearly the same (maybe 163) I am 6′2″ so I am definitely slim. I certainly like the way I look now! Before I did feel I looked a bit thin. I would still like to gain about 5 pounds of muscle which I know I can do if I want. I think you should give it a try, sending you an email too.
Dude great results. I am on day 8 and loving it. Seems for your body type p90x would prob be better for you. The cardio has been nuts and I’m scared of the last 30 days with the max training! Great work and congrats
chris
hey there, congrats on your results very nice!
I saw this on an informercial on tv and it sparked my interest.
I weigh about 135 and am about 5″8 but would like to gain some muscle and refine my muscles, chest and abs especially, do you think this work out would work for me?
It sounds like you are built pretty much like me, so you can see how much muscle refinement and gain I achieved. So yes, I think it would benefit you!
Just started a few days ago. Its going good so far, but being the first week its tough. I find myself swearing at the TV a lot.
Yes, we all swear at the TV at some point during this! Good job on pressing play and getting started.
Ha Ha that’s funny! Me too! Just during the warm up at first I thought my calves were going to burst into flames. It gets better really fast. My friend did it with me in my hotel room and took a pause to run to his room cause he thought he was going to puke, and he runs miles and works out hard regularly. He couldn’t wait to try it on his younger brothers who are in even better shape than him, they said it was the hardest total body workout they had ever done without any equipment. Stay with it and you will see huge improvements in your flexibility, strength, and stamina before you know it!
Great job! Congrats man, today i am on my 4th day of Insanity, loving every minute of it, unfortunately i cannot complete it as I am leaving to the Navy next month but I will press play until the day before. I am also running in the morning and doing the work out at night. But above all great results, I chose Insanity as I have to go down a few pounds for the Navy but I’ll get there, once again congrats man, keep it up.
Hi, I am on week 4 and show no results so far. The only result is that I don’t take many breaks in between the exercises as in week 1. I am about 30 pounds overweight and have been trying to lose it but nothing seems to be working. I eat well and exercise but still can not lose weight. I was hoping I could at least lose inches but so far nothing!! I am getting very frustrated. I sweat like a pig doing the dvds and I love them and proud that I can almost keep up thru the whole thing. I know this dvd is suppose to be for people with less weight to lose but shouldn’t I see results of some kind? Please help.
I had started Insanity back in February, did 2 workouts and gave up. I left my DVDs collect dust around for a couple months. Now I decided to dedicate myself completely to it after seeing the results on my neighbor who decided to stick to it. I regret it now seeing the shape he in is after completing the program. I started again a week ago and I feel so much better already. I feel more energized through the day and even though the first few days I was sore I’m noticing great improvement. I’ve tried so many different videos and program but nothing has worked for me. I can’t wait for the 60 days to be up and enjoy the new me. Thank you for a great product!
well done for giving it another go
You look awesome !! you give me hope lol
