		<description>yeah, the stuff I eat are all low fat and only equal about 900 cal a day. No where near what I should be at. But I do eat tons of protein and feel like I have enough energy to work and do the excersises afterwards. Guess thats all that matters.</description>

		<description>I am pretty much following the food guide.  I pretty much already eat like this so it is not a big stretch for me.  You can make up your own recipes just trying to find the right balance of protein, fat, and carbs.  I am actually trying to gain weight (muscle) which is proving to be hard because I have to eat more than I am used to.</description>
