Insanity Before and After Pictures Day 30
When you really look close at the Insanity Workout schedule, you realize that it is actually 63 days from start to finish (an even 9 weeks). However, we all like to say it’s a 60 day program
With that said, I have officially reached the halfway point and I think it is a good time to show you my results.
I have to admit I am quite happy with the results so far! I think the little bit of body fat I had is gone and has turned into muscle. I am struggling to gain weight, but hopefully I can pack in more calories this month and continue to build muscle.
So here we go, here are some pictures of my progress! Insanity DOES work if you stick to it.

Holy — ! Looking good, Sean. And oh yes, you do look different. Even your face looks different. Did you notice this? Check out your lower face and jawline. The other thing that really strikes me is that now you have the top two of your six pack. You’ll be up to a full case by the end. I know there’s WAY more muscle-building stuff in month 2 and I get the impression that’s when the real jaw-dropping results kick in.
OK, dude, you’ve earned the right to shave your chest. Just this once.
Thanks Sara, I am real happy with the results so far
And yes, I have earned the right to shave my chest! (as often as I want now)
you left a comment on my blog a few days ago, so now i’m returning the favor. thanks for posting pics! that’s really encouraging to me, who’s only on day 10, that there will be progress!!! keep it up.
Keep it up Kelly! I can’t see any way you would not get results with this program if you stick to it. I will be following your progress.
Nice work man, definitely looks like you’ve bulked up a little, you can really tell in your back the most I’d say.
awesome blog site. i’m on day 18 and i read all of your days workouts the day before i complete it. i love this routine and it works. your 30 day results are awesome. i just hope this isn’t a fake site where shaun t’s company fakes the pic results. but i doub it. i just noticed today that the cardio abs cd is the same exact thing as the cardio abs thats on the pure cardio cd nd i didn’t understand why they did that. i guess just to make it an even 10 cds. better for marketing. but thanks for the pic results it’s encouraging and the sites awesome so keep it up.
Thanks for the words of encouragement! I can assure you this is not fake
That is me and those are my results. I am really happy with where I am at this point and can’t wait to post the 60 day pictures. Hopefully I will be able to add some more muscle over the next 30 days and gain a few pounds. Good luck on your routine and send me some pics and i will post them after your 30 days if you want.
Wow, you can really see a difference! Your abs and back are showing huge improvements. I can’t believe it is only 30 days…Great job!!!!
Hey Great Job Sean! Can’t wait to see your 60 day results.
Hey, stumbled upon your website… I ordered the program yesterday and your website is by far the best review site for Insanity Workout…
Your pictures are great man, it looks like you are really benefiting from the program… and you weren’t even in bad shape prior to beginning! You DEF need to send in your before and after to get that free t-shirt
Thank you for the compliment Justin!
I purchased my Insanity workout today! Can’t wait to get started! Since I know you Sean, and you’ve gotten great results, I’m pumped about it!
Awesome Nicole! You are going to do great, congratulations on taking the first step!
Wow, you have incrediable results! If you don’t mind I have a few questions:) First, before you started this program were you physically fit? I used to be in great shape but then kind of let myself go. Would you recommend this product for beginners? I’m not over weight but I haven’t been as active as I used to be. Also, what time during the day do you normally do these workouts, in the morning or evening?
Thanks
Thank you Denise! To answer your questions: 1) I was in ok shape before starting. I would run 2-3 times a week, but not very far – like 3 miles at a time. Other than that I did not do any other formal exercise. 2) I would recommend this to beginners as long as you are mentally ready and don’t have any pre-existing conditions. It requires dedication and mental strength as well! 2) I always do my routines after coming home from work around 4:30-5:00pm.
I hope that helps, good luck!
Hi. I have a question. I’m on day 2 of the Insanity workout and it is insane. This is the first workout video ever (and I’ve been working out for over 30 years) that I was actually challenged by. However, I’ve had a nagging headache all day today. I drink tons of water (between 10 – 12 cups daily) and I’m following the 5 meals per day plan using the meals from the nutrition guide. The only thing I can think of is that I workout as soon as I get up in the morning (no breakfast). I drink 2 cups of water before I start the workout and 2 cups of water during the workout and then I take my multivatin (GNC’s ultra mega active women)within a half hour after the workout. I don’t eat my first meal until I get to work (anywhere between 1 – 2 hours after the workout). Could that be the reason? Do I HAVE to eat right after the workout? Like I said before I’ve been working out for decades and this is the way I’ve always done it – workout first thing in the morning (burn the most fat) and don’t eat until hour or two after the workout. I’ve heard it both ways – eat within hour of getting up or it doesn’t matter so long as you take a multivatim to refurbish vitamins lost during workout. What’s your advice? Thanks.
Nelly
Are you wearing a heart rate monitor? The only thing I can think of, assuming you are drinking enough water, is that you simply went too hard. On occasion if I go too hard I also get the nagging headache. Stay within your limits and make sure to start drinking water hours before your workout (so it is absorbed in your system).
Hello again,
I’m starting week 4 in the first month today and I’m not sure if i’m seeing the results I anticipated. My family says they definitely see a difference so to some extent its working. I’m not sure if maybe I’m not pushing myself enough or if I’m being to hard on myself. I’ve been doing the workouts to the best of my ability but I’m definitely still struggling with keeping my core tight. Any suggestions on how to do this the right way? I don’t think I’m doing it right. Any advice would really be helpful:) Thanks
Soooo…Where’s day 60?

Hey I am just finishing up my first week of Insanity and I can already start seeing results in the top part of my abs. I am also super sore everywhere my legs, my back, and especially my shoulders. Alot of the workout seems to require you hold yourself up with your arms. So you get alot of upper body work and not even know it. Its awesome. You really have to stick to it. The workouts are not that long at all. Anyone can do it. For Denise, once you do the ab workout and you feel the soreness the next day like everytime you move. Make sure the next time you do a workout or just doing anything. Move in a position to where you feel the soreness and hold it. Thats going to help alot.
