		<description>daniela, of course it varies per person and per workout, but I generally burn 500-600 per workout in month one, and 700-800 during a workout in month two.</description>

		<description>Hi Rose, welcome to INSANITY!  I am doing this workout pretty much for the same reasons, that you don&#039;t need any additional equipment.  As for shoes, I am a runner as well (not marathon distance or anything!).  I would run 2-3 times a week prior to starting Insanity.  I am using my running shoes for this and it is just fine.  They recommend cross trainers, but I don&#039;t think it really matters.  Good luck, keep me up to date with your progress!</description>

Anyhow, what sort of shoes do you recommend.  All I have are running shoes, I WAS training for a marathon, but am in a training blah right now....need to get my motivation back.</description>
