		<description>Hey Kenne - just want to give you a heads up you probably shouldn&#039;t be feeling soreness in your lower back due to the push-ups drills. Shoulders and chest might be sore, but definitely not your back. You may be using improper form. There aren&#039;t really any moves in these routines that should cause your lower back to be sore, so you may want to keep an eye on that.</description>

		<description>Just finished doing this today. I didn&#039;t do Cardio Abs last time since I didn&#039;t have enough time before work. 

I don&#039;t want to say that it&#039;s getting easier, but I am getting the hang of it in this third week. I guess I am just realizing I&#039;m pushing more and building endurance. Also, I&#039;m noticing more soreness on my lower back. But the good kind, i think from the Push Up drills from yesterday. Feeling great.</description>
