		<description>Today was my first day 2 and it kicked my ass! I couldnt finish the whole workout my leg muscles absolutely refused. I cant do a push up to save my life. It already hurts. Will it get easier? Is it normal to not be able to comlete a workout?</description>

		<description>I just finished day two!! I gave it my all and am so proud of myself. I&#039;m only 19, so I hope this will help me stay healthy  and fit for a long time to come! I only had to take a break a couple times for a few seconds. Looking forward to tomorrow!!</description>
