I have a question about the switch kicks.  To modify do you think it&#039;s better to kick high with less jump or jump more and kick lower?  I can&#039;t do both and am trying to figure out the best place to modify.

I am almost a vegetarian so I have to substitute a lot of the meat items, but I generally follow the same principles of a high protein, low fat diet.  I am going to start posting some more recipes in the coming weeks of what I am eating.
