It sounds like we are in the same boat!  I am trying to gain some weight while doing this, but it is hard.  I am eating about the same as you are, all healthy calories and am always trying to figure out ways to pack in more.  I am not doing any protein powder, but may add that before month 2.  Also, if you have any good recipes to share please do.

I can say though that my body is getting leaner and more muscular, but not in a bulky way.  I probably have very little body fat at this point.</description>

		<description>I have been doing the insanity workout for 2-weeks now and can tell that I&#039;m doing much better on the different exercises and I don&#039;t feel completely gassed after the warm-up anymore either but definately do by the end of the workout!  I have a similar build to you and was wondering if you have noticed that you&#039;re gaining muscle from doing this workout?  I have been trying to pack in about 2,500-2,600 calories a day of &quot;good&quot; food to help with the weight.  That&#039;s probably the toughest part for me.</description>
