		<description>today&#039;s workout was nice because my calves have been extremely hard for the past 24 hours and I was dreading any work that involved them.  This was a great workout even though it&#039;s called Recovery, I am feeling pretty good overall.  Feel even more convinced that the past year of practicing yoga is coming in handy with this workout. It&#039;s a nice surprise.  I am 48 y.o. and even though I want to improve the look of my body, my ability to do most of the workouts is very good.</description>

		<description>My legs feel less liek stone heading into day four...I love that this &quot;recovery&quot; is destroying my hammies and calves.  
I play indoor soccer on Thursdays, so day 4 has been wonderful to get me stretched out before going out there.  Though the lingering legs of stone may hinder my performance.  To be determined...damn you Shaun T</description>

		<description>Today felt much better the body feeling better, still with sore from new workout but not so bad, this brought body movements that i never done it before and it was twisted but i finished, it was a good day and good workout to be ready for tomorrow..God bless</description>
