Actually after today's workout I noticed my knees are tender. I am thinking the rest day is coming at just the right time. There are a lot of squat exercises in this workout which I may have not kept perfect form, or just went to hard.

Thanks for the honest evaluation, Sean! Tomorrow is my LAST DAY of month 1. And I'm scared. The same thought about running has crossed my mind. I've never been a runner but I bet it would feel like a cakewalk now and I'm curious to test myself but can't handle any more exercise during Insanity. I also feel like I could probably kick everyone else's ass if I tried. ;)

How are your joints holding up? Any aches and pains anywhere or is everything still OK?
