		<description>Ugh, keep us posted on your knees. So it&#039;s not so much an injury twinge as it is just overuse? I wonder if the lack of rest day had anything to do with it. I notice that my knees are tender today, too. I hope it&#039;s just week-end, month-end fatigue and nothing else.

I hope you warmed up properly for Max Rest Day. ;)</description>

		<description>Only three more weeks left!!  That is great!  Sounds like this week was rough, but good for you being able to dig deep and keep going.  I think that as long as we do our best, even if we are not doing the same number as the pro&#039;s, we are getting an awesome workout and we will still see results.  I&#039;m not looking forward to the hour long workouts, even though that&#039;s how P90X is, this demands much more out of you.
