I can&#039;t believe you are almost done...that did fly by!  I can&#039;t believe I&#039;m almost ready to take the second fit test.  Maybe the program is set up with mile-stones to keep you motivated?  It&#039;s working for me, if that&#039;s what they intended to do :)

Glad your knee is feeling better.  Those rest days sure do wonders!</description>

		<description>Thanks!  Unfortunately, the only time I can workout out is when I get home.  I leave the house about 6:30am and am home around 4:45.  So I do the routines as soon as I get home so I can still spend some time with the family and sit down to dinner together.</description>

		<description>Great job Sean powering through the workout after a stressful day at work.  I would prefer to work out later in the day but historically I will make excuses not to. And a bad work day is one of my favorite excuses.</description>
