		<description>Yeah, I plan on creating my own routine that includes various Insanity workouts and other things once the program is complete.  I am sure the Abs workout will make it into the rotation.  I will have a good familiarity of every workout which will be nice.</description>

Great to hear how good you felt after that workout, and I wouldn&#039;t worry to much about the abs thing...I think the cardio is the biggest deal, and yes, you do have &quot;insane&quot; abs LOL  When this is all over, then you could do the abs workout a few times a week to keep them looking good.</description>
