		<description>I have learned in all my fitness classes that your body needs a rest day to re-build itself and make it stronger.  People tend to do the opposite and then stop seeing results.  The same is true in the calorie department...people think they need to cut way down on calories to lose weight, but don&#039;t realize when they don&#039;t feed their body as needed, the body protects itself and will conserve all calories taken in which will keep you from losing weight and lower your metabolism.  Rest and food is so important :)
