		<description>Now, that&#039;s commitment. I&#039;m planning to add a couple of &quot;make-up days&quot; after the 63 to do any that I missed. I have been following a guy on YouTube who did this, and I think it&#039;s a great idea. 

I can&#039;t see myself adding Insane Abs to any of the max workouts; it&#039;s just too long. When my Insanity rotation is done, I plan to work that one and the Upper Body routine into my own rotation. It&#039;ll be cool when that time comes to have &quot;new&quot; Shaun T workouts.

Speaking of which... I&#039;m starting month 2 in about 20 minutes. Yikes!</description>
