Day 58 – Max Cardio Conditioning
Back to the Max Cardio Conditioning today. It was a really good workout, unlike yesterday. I came into it much more rested and ready to go. Plus I still think this is one of my favorite routines of the second month. I think the reason is because it never stops. As crazy as that sounds, without breaks between circuits I feel like I am more into it and look at the clock less. Before you know it, it is halfway over then you are done!
I was drenched in sweat today and tried to push myself as hard as possible. Each time you do these routines you do get better (unless you are having an off day). That was true today as well. I felt satisfied afterward as was ready for the rest of the evening. 4 more workouts and a final fit test to go!
Calorie burn: 548 calories (all negated by a piece of cheesecake later in the night!)

Wow… 58 days is a lot of Insanity. Congratulations and can’t wait to see your final photos and fit test.
What’s your calorie burn on Max Interval Plyo? I think that’s the only one you haven’t posted.
It certainly is a lot of Insanity! I am so looking forward to finishing it up the weekend.
I guess I must have missed posting the calories for the Max Plyo, but will be sure to do so next go around.
Sean, I am so excited about this final week of Insanity workouts. I feel so much better after Core & Balance yesterday and rest day today. Any special plans to celebrate reaching the end of Insanity?
My daughters had physicals at the doctors office yesterday. Had to do 2 minutes of jumping jacks. I almost wanted them to do High Knees, Jump rope, the Heisman and then do the whole thing 2 more times. I mean c’mon. That’s when you know its time for a rest day.
That is great! I can just see you . . . “c’mom girls DIG DEEPER!” We will never look at exercise the same way after Insanity!
